Who We Are

The City of Virginia Beach's Resort Area Mobility Plan (RAMP) is funding the Freebee ride-share service for one year to determine its ridership.

Freebee offers free rides to residents and visitors throughout the City's resort area in all-electric Tesla Model X vehicles.
