Who We Are
Seniors First, The Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging (SAAA) offers accessible transportation services. SAAA operates the WellTran program, which is subsidized by a grant from the Department of Rail and Public Transportation. WellTran provides non-emergency, pre-arranged, and fee-based transportation for seniors 65 and older, and adults with disabilities.
Please call for eligibility and details. Transportation is available for medical or dental appointments, recurring treatments, shopping, education, and social events. Rides are available throughout the planning district and beyond.
