As part of their personal and companion home care services, Nexus Homecare provides local non-emergency medical door-to-door transportation. Their transportation services are provided to both existing clients as well as other members of the community as needed. Wheelchair transportation is not available
The transportation services make it easier for those no longer able to drive themselves to go anywhere they want in a safe and comfortable car driven by a Nexus Homecare professional who understands the needs of seniors. Their transportation service provides affordable, reliable, and safe rides that allow one to get where they need to go. Whether it is traveling alone or ride-sharing with a group, our local transportation options give one the freedom and flexibility to do the things they enjoy.
Transportation options can include the following: dentist, doctor, and therapy appointments, grocery shopping, library visits, beauty salon, and barbershop appointments as well as visits to favorite stores and restaurants, religious functions, volunteering, and other local events and activities, visiting with family and friends and more.
Their transportation options are designed to provide a convenient and affordable option that encourages independence, socialization, and community participation while preserving a high quality of life.
