Who We Are
Blue Ridge Independent Living Center helps individuals with disabilities apply for or manage personal attendant services including:
- Medicaid Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Directed Services Waiver (EDCD) is a consumer-directed, community-based services as an alternative to nursing care facility. Eligible individuals are provided with service facilitation to help manage their personal attendant program.
- State Funded Personal Assistance Services are provided through the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services to allow individuals with disabilities to live in their communities.
