Who We Are
The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) operates the CSB Entry and Referral Call Center. This center is the starting point for accessing intellectual disability, mental health, or substance abuse services through the CSB. Staff can take calls in English and Spanish and can access other languages when needed. Women and girls who are pregnant and intravenous drug users have priority for substance use disorder services.
Also offers the Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and Hypothermia Services which provides outreach services to individuals who are homeless and unsheltered.

Emergency Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
Intake Process
Call or walk in. Adults ages 18 to 65 may walk in for a same day eligibility screening. Adults over age 65, children and youth, and people with development disability are served by calling Entry and Referral.
