Vision and Dental Program for Homeless Individuals

Funded through a generous grant from the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries offers a Vision and Dental Program specifically for homeless individuals in Norfolk who are in need of emergency dental work (fillings and extractions) and eye exams to get glasses.  Clients must be referred by an agency that is able to verify homelessness and complete the necessary paperwork to make the referral.  Clients in need of this assistance must speak with their case manager.  All referrals are done by fax and usually processed the same day when received Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries has partnered with the Park Place Health and Dental Clinic, Pearle Vision and the Lions Clubs of Norfolk to provide these services to the homeless.
