Medical transportation is available for residents is Giles and Pulaski County. Rates are based on mileage to and from the client’s home and destination and whether the rider requires a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
As the only Medicaid provider in the area, Giles Health and Family Center can provide transportation services to and from the center and to doctor’s appointments. Payments accepted include Medicaid and private payments including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
Currently, there is one wheelchair accessible bus and 3 cars.
