Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare (Southampton) offers specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related disorders. The goal is to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere for residents in order to promote independence, security, and support for the optimal quality of life. Southampton is a 195 bed skilled nursing long-term care facility that offers dietary services, speech, physical, and occupational rehabilitation, post-operative and acute care, and group social activities.

Short-term rehab and respite care services are also available.
