Who We Are
Hope-in-Home Care provides personal care; Individual assessment and monitoring done by registered nurses; certified nurse assistants (CNA's); companions; live-in staff; and home health aides.
A companion can offer the first link to outside assistance for an elderly person. Services from companions include an escort to and from appointments, assisting with shopping and errands, light housekeeping and laundry, taking a patient out to dinner, social events, and more.
When patients are confined to bed, as often occurs in the late stages of a terminal illness, they require special care. For example, assistance in moving to and from bed, bathing, dressing, changing bed linen, feeding, and toilet assistance are a few common needs. Home health aides are available to assist the family in providing personal care.
