Who We Are
Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault (RCASA) provides a confidential hotline and crisis intervention, information and referral, medical advocacy, and general advocacy that is provided 24/7. This vital resource is for anyone needing support or information regarding sexual assault, sexual abuse and stalking.
RCASA provides accompaniment to Mary Washington Hospital, Spotsylvania Medical Center and Stafford Hospital.
