Who We Are

Opportunities, Alternatives & Resources of Fairfax County (OAR) recruits and trains citizen volunteers to serve as mentors, teachers, support group facilitators, and outreach workers. Volunteers provide services to incarcerated offenders and newly released offenders, both inside the jail and in the community. Volunteers also provide services to the families of offenders.

Clients may bring their own interpreters.
