Who We Are
Volunteers are needed to keep this Richmond tradition alive. Time commitments vary; special events volunteers may work only one or two days a year, while other volunteers work several hours a month. Opportunities are available for docents at the Nature Center and Maymont House, horticulture/garden assistants, salespersons at the Maymont Shop, aids to zoologists and more.
Volunteers can also help at various special events including the Maymont Flower and Garden Show, Barn Days, A Family Easter at Maymont, Herbs Galore, Maymont Bulb Sale, Boo at the Barn, Animal Appreciation Days, A Victorian Christmas at Maymont and Maymont by Moonlight.
