Who We Are

Alexandria Aging and Adult Services provides one hot and one cold meal weekdays to homebound persons at least 60 years of age. Individual must have no other means of receiving meals and cannot prepare meals for themselves. Meals delivered between 11AM and 1:30 PM. 

Meals are delivered by contractors such as Meals on Wheels of Alexandria or the Charles Houston Senior Center. 

For individuals who are 60 years of age and not homebound but nterested in receiving Meals on Wheels, please call Senior Services of Alexandria at 703-836-4414, ext 112 to discuss their private pay options.

There may be a waiting list for this service.

To apply for home delivered meals, call 703.746.5999 and ask for the Nutritionist. There will be an in-home assessment to verify the need for the service.
