Home Ownership and Counseling

Arlington Home Ownership Made Easer (AHOME) is a non-profit, Arlington based organization which works to promote and expand homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate- income and minority people and families who want to purchase their first home in the close-in suburbs of Arlington, Alexandria and Falls Church.  AHOME offers home buyer education workshops, one-on-one counseling, foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation counseling, and financial literacy classes as well.



VHDA Homeownership Education Classes are offered monthly in English and in Spanish.



Can provide individual or group counseling for people needing to meet the requirements of a VHDA loan, the Arlington County MIPAP loan or other loan programs.
