Respiratory Therapy

Woodbine offers a dedicated unit for respiratory care for individuals with chronic respiratory problems due to stroke, cardiac arrest, emphysema, trauma injuries, or degenerative neurological conditions. An experienced team of registered therapists and certified respiratory technicians work together to provide 24 hour care.

Also available for those who remain dependent on a ventilator, are portable units so an individual can leave their room and the Passey-Muir valve that enables them to speak and swallow more comfortably.
