Who We Are
Perch Houses offers a co-living arrangement for women aged 55 and older.
Living in a Perch House, you will live with 2-3 other women age 55+ who have been vetted and matched for compatibility. Rent and a community fee includes housekeeping, outdoor maintenance, smart security systems, WiFi and more.
Community living provides each woman with a private bedroom and bathroom, common areas and storage space. A 12-month lease, or longer, is required.
Pets are considered on a case-by-cas basis.
