Who We Are

Rhona Levine concentrates her practice in Special Needs Trust.  Concern for individuals with a physical or mental impairment can be  eased by creating a special needs trust.  A specific plan can be created that addresses needs for today and for the future. 



Special Needs Trusts are created to shelter assets for the benefit of disabled persons. The trust is managed by a trustee on behalf of the person with the disability. 



Other areas of concentration include Elder Law; Guardianship; Estate Planning and Administration (probate); and advocating for the needs and protection of the elderly.
