The ARCH National Respite Network And Resource Center provides Fact Sheets for professionals through The Technical Assistance Center for Lifespan Respite. The fact sheet Volunteer Respite: Valuable Resources provides a detailed overview on different types of respite opportunities with examples of the many different programs that are occurring throughout communities in our nation.

This fact sheet will provide a variety of options for recruiting, screening, training, utilizing, and retaining volunteers to provide respite services for family caregivers.

 


 

The mission of the ARCH National Respite Network and Resource Center is to assist and promote the development of quality respite and crisis care programs; to help families locate respite and crisis care services in their communities; and to serve as a strong voice for respite in all forums.
