Who We Are
CapTel is a captioned telephone designed for individuals with hearing loss. It is a part of a fully government and ADA funded program. CapTel works like any other telephone and has one other addition, it displays every word the caller says throughout the conversation.
An outreach specialist personally delivers the device, installs it, provides an education and test-call session and the device is registered and owned by the user.
CapTel is a change-maker for those who have difficulty hearing on the telephone.
