Who We Are
Evergreen Health & Rehab offers Journey, a 26-bed, secured Alzheimker's care unit. The unit provides 24 hours care and specialized programming for people with Alzheimer's disease and other memory challenges. Nurses and aides on the unit receive extensive, specialized trianing. Residents participate in daily, structured activities. The unit features an enclosed walking path, separate dining room and kitchen and an activity area.
