Who We Are

The Safe Houses Program provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for individuals experiencing sexual and domestic violence.  Survivors can access counseling, safety planning, critical care coordination, and community resources.  The homes offer a supportive, community living environment focused on healing.

To access these services, call the Greater Richmond Regional hotline at 804-612-6126.  Services are provided to anyone who has experienced intimate partner/domestic violence, regardless of race, gender, age, national origin, gender identity or expression, faith, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or geographic location.  All services are offered free of charge.

Call the Virginia Family Violence & Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-838-8238 for resources outside of Richmond.
