Who We Are
RampsAcrossAmerica (RAA) builds free ADA Accessible wheelchair ramps for people of any age who are unable to enter their home and would otherwise be unable to finance one themselves without financial assistance. Our criteria is based on the income for the household. We currently serve the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia
Provides individuals with mobility restrictions a safe ramp for their home to enable individuals to become as independent as their mobility allows. Volunteers provide the labor in constructing code-compliant ramps.

Call for more information. Complete application. Our income criteria is based on 100% of the median as described on the <a href="http://www.huduser.org/portal/index.html" >Hud Gov website</a>. This changes every year. We use the income of the entire household and require documentation.
