Who We Are
Seton Manor offers 112 apartment units designed for very low to moderate income seniors (age 62 and older) or people with disabilities with Section 8 HUD assistance. Seton Manor offers one bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Emergency staff response service is available 24/7, seven days a week.
Each prospective resident must have an adjusted income that does not exceed federally established income limits for the Hampton Roads area. Rent includes a utility allowance and will not exceed 30% of an eligible resident's adjusted income
On campus is a large community room and kitchen, a large laundry room, a library, a large outdoor gardening area, and a gazebo sitting area.
