Who We Are
Transitions Family Violence Services offers domestic violence programs. Outreach services help victims of family violence who are either shelter residents or living in the community. Legal advocacy, safety planning, support groups, counseling, outreach to older battered women through WISER program, community education are some of the services available.
Additional services provided are childcare during meetings, emergency alarms, employment services, emergency cell phones, outreach to military families and transitional housing.
