Who We Are

South Richmond Adult Daycare Center (the Center) offers care to low-income older adults with physical or cognitive limitations in a therapeutic, supervised, community-based environment. The program meets the physical, cognitive, and social needs of older adults with significant limitations. Non-ambulatory participants are welcomed. Capacity is 32.  Families provide transportation to and from the Center

Activities are designed to reduce isolation and promote mobility, wellness, and socialization. The program provides meals, health screenings and monitoring, counseling, wellness groups, exercise, music, games, special events, inter-generational activities, arts and crafts, educational seminars, and links to other services.

In addition, support and educational activities are provided to caregivers to help them with the task of caregiving.
