Who We Are
People's domestic violence shelter and outreach program provides emergency services in Russell and Buchanan Counties. Theses services include: a 24 hour hotline; emergency transportation; emergency shelter, food, clothing and personal hygiene supplies; court accompaniment; referrals for legal assistance, housing, employment and education.
