Who We Are
Project Horizon offers a 24-hour anonymous hotline for issues of domestic, dating and sexual violence. Victims, survivors, their family and friends, and professionals in the Rockbridge area can call 540-463-2594. A TTY machine is available for deaf and hard of hearing callers and the AT&T Language Line is available for non-English speaking individuals.
Counseling is available for victims, survivors, and their non-abusing families and friends. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the hotline at 540-463-2594.
