Who We Are
TheGenieve Shelter offers emergency shelter, food, and clothing to victims of domestic violence. Also provides court accompaniment, weekly support group, emergency transportation, 24-hour hotline coverage, and individual counseling. Additional services are childcare during meetings and emergency cell phones.
The 4-unit apartment complex is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance and a security system for the safety of residents. Battered women and their children may reside in the emergency shelter for up to 30 days.
