Who We Are

YWCA of Richmond offers domestic violence programs, including emergency housing for victims of intimate partner violence and their children, when in imminent danger.

All services provided begin with a call to our 24-hour crisis hotline. The Greater Richmond Regional Domestic Hotline is 804-612-6126.  We can help make arrangements to shelter pets, individual and support group counseling for teens and adults, legal assistance for domestic violence-related matters, outreach in schools, emergency cell phones, outreach and education to area civic organizations, businesses, jails, and prisons, and training for allied professionals.

The 24-hour hotline provides crisis intervention, information, and referral services. Call 800-799-7233. Can utilize a language line. Accredited by the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance.
