Meals on Wheels, Prince Edward County, provides and delivers balanced, nutritious meals to the elderly, disabled and home-bound who have no reliable means of obtaining their daily food requirements. This program will result in improved nutritional status for our clients of various socioeconomic backgrounds and will provide regular contact with the community.
Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and isolation among the elderly, disabled and homebound in Prince Edward County.
CENTRA Southside Community Hospital prepares the meals.
