Investing 102 - Participants will learn to understand how compounding interest affects investment growth. Tools and formulas will be introduced. The benefits and risks of investing will be examined. Thursday, September 20th, 5-6:30pm. In this session you will:
Learn the relationship between risk and potential
Gain an understanding of compound interest, possibly the most underappreciated concept in all of finance
Learn how the stock market works, how you can use stocks to invest towards your own goals
Learn how to construct and implement an investment plan
